Riverbend’s hands-on approach to property management ensures that our tenants receive the best possible service. By managing the properties we acquire, we are able not only to make decisions based on first-hand knowledge of our community, tenants and patrons’ needs on behalf of our investors knowing that both interests are aligned. 

Development

Riverbend seeks to develop projects where we can fill a niche. Across asset types our development process seeks to develop best in class products in whatever market we are in. For instance we will build new Class A standard inline retail where appropriate and experiential service oriented retail with public amenities and placemaking principals.

The partners of Riverbend Development formed My Garage Self Storage, a fully self-sustaining subsidiary, in 2018 with the purpose of developing and purchasing self storage assets in secondary and tertiary markets.

Riverbend Development’s retail capabilities range from traditional strips to modern walkable outdoor centers. We develop class A centers and purchase multiple classes of properties where we can achieve an appropriate yield.
