Community becomes our history.
When we develop properties, we do it with purpose and the next generation in mind. We approach our projects using experiential development that is inspirational, educational, sustainable, and a place of wellness and vitality. Our community initiatives build deep emotional connections with our customers and all stakeholders by making a difference in the community and in their lives; making them feel connected, empowered and loved.
Recently, we celebrated the grand opening of The Substation, our first "village style" project developed with the community in mind. A 4 acre mixed-use development and El Paso's community and lifestyle center, it features best-in-class lifestyle retailers, restaurants, and our signature public space the “El Paso Mural” wall.
Fusing the feedback for local, artisan, and historic elements, we commissioned local artists to create public art and placed historic pieces from buildings in El Paso.
