Will S. Harvey
With a BA in Latin American Studies and a BS in Finance, Will S. Harvey has worked in real estate management, brokerage, and development for the past 17 years for privately held companies as well as REIT’s. Mr. Harvey is experienced in all phases of development including site selection, financing, zoning, entitlements, development, and disposition.
Alfredo Castañeda
Experienced in the real estate industry for over 24 years. Mr. Castañeda received his BBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. Mr. Castañeda's employment in privately held and publicly traded companies have allowed him to gain experience in real estate management, acquisition, disposition, financing, development, repositioning and financial modeling.
Paul Broaddus
Paul Broaddus CPA, a native El Pasoan, currently lives in Dallas, TX where he works in the asset management industry providing consulting on tax, accounting, structuring and other related matters. Mr. Broaddus focuses his work in the real estate industry for REITs and private ventures where he has been involved in numerous transactions, including tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Broaddus has worked in the asset management industry for over 10 years both as a public accountant and as part of an in-house tax function. He received a BBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Baylor University.
Rob Efaw
Rob Efaw has been in the construction and development field for over 40 years. Mr. Efaw graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1979 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Efaw has been involved in hotel, retail, medical, self-storage, multi-family, industrial construction and development. In 1993, Mr. Efaw co-founded KERE Inc., which continues to perform general contracting, construction management, and development services for commercial and industrial clients in the region.
