Riverbend’s executive team has over 90 years experience in construction, ownership and management of various real estate asset classes. Our expertise in structuring and negotiating asset acquisition, sales and investment provides us with the knowledge to find and acquire investments that provide the opportunity for exceptional returns to our investors.

The partners of Riverbend Development formed My Garage Self Storage, a fully self-sustaining subsidiary, in 2018 with the purpose of developing and purchasing self storage assets in secondary and tertiary markets.

Riverbend Development’s retail capabilities range from traditional strips to modern walkable outdoor centers. We develop class A centers and purchase multiple classes of properties where we can achieve an appropriate yield.
